- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

If your USPS tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. If the issue isn’t resolved within a few days, reach out to us and we’ll assist in filing a USPS claim or replacement (where applicable).
